Hi-
I have signed in multiple times and I still get this. If you lot look at the screenshot under product data, you will run into my credentials. When I click to manage account, it takes me directly to my Office 365 online portal and doesn't require any further login.

Quit all Role application and and then open a new Excel workbook from Kickoff menu (not from OneDrive for business). For this, click Commencement button and select Excel 2016.

Hello-
